Andrew Gawley  - Owner/Operator of Gawley's Performance Centre

Andrew found fitness while getting ready to train for Pro Wrestling.  Realizing he was in no condition to be called an athlete he decided to make a change.  He started Olympic lifting and soon fell in love with the gym.  After a few years Andrew found he was the one giving advice to others who were looking to gain some strength and size.  That was just the beginning; since then he has been blessed to be around some great trainers and coaches, and has enjoyed learning from everyone.

" I have trained for Wrestling and CrossFit, competing in the CrossFit Regionals twice.  My fitness goals changed in 2014 with an addition to my family.  I am currently looking to keep fit and healthy for my daughter, as she never stops moving.  I am on a continuing journey of learning and look forward to sharing what I know to help you achieve your goals."
